Azurite Crystal Healing & Properties Information

For what and How Does One Use it?

Azurite is very soothing and calming for the emotions. It enhances one’s psychic abilities and is very good to use in all general healing uses. You can use the smaller nodules on your closed eyes to soothe and sharpen the eyesight. It can be used to balance the electro-chemical system of the body and provide a flow of energy from the 3rd eye to the heart chakra. It is a very inspirational stone indeed! It is a copper-based mineral which often combines with Malachite and or Chrysocolla. When combined with Malachite, Azurite is particularly effective with healing bone and muscle injuries.

Azurite is especially useful for alleviating phobias, anxiety and irrational thought patterns. It is a very inspiring mineral and should be one of the ultimate crystals of choice to work with for any aspiring artist in any given artistic field. Azurite inspires great visions, thoughts and helps one communicate these creations – be that through, voice, painting, music or any artistic medium.

Azurite is a strong dis-solver of negative patterns and installs a deep sense of compassion by providing a very strong link between the logical side of the brain and the compassion of the heart center. This often brings about very empathetic practical solutions to any given problem or issue one may be confronted with.

One does need to take good care of Azurite by keeping it in a dry space. Extended exposure to water can have a detrimental effect on Azurite by slowly eroding and dissolving it’s fine formations.
