General Manifestation – Baby Within Crystal Healing Information
For what and How Does One Use them?
Manifestation – Baby Within crystals have a special focus on the creation and “Manifestation” processes, however – they are far from one trick ponies!
Meditating with these crystals is one of the best ways to access, and utilize their manifesting powers. Quietly sit with them, and focus upon what it is you wish to manifest into your life. As ever, what you “need” will come easier than what you “want”. Communicate with the crystals using which ever technique you are most comfortable with. Be that visualizing, verbalizing, feeling or even placing the crystal upon a photograph of what you would like to manifest. Try not to restrict the manifestation process by way of laying down rules or methods as to the form that the manifesting process may take. Try to leave everything as open as possible – as the crystal may manifest exactly what you want in the most unexpected, and unforeseen way! Creating an elixir from a manifestation crystal is also very useful. It can very much turbo charge the entire process!
There is a train of thought that crystals can only run one “program” at a time, my strong feeling is that this is very much a human imposed limitation. Crystals can run countless programs simultaneously! An advantage of using a manifestation crystal is that once you have set the process, you then wander off and go about your business, and the crystal will be streaming out your manifestation program 24/7!
Manifestation crystals are very nurturing and helpful to use during brainstorming sessions in the early stages of new projects. They “give birth” to new and exciting ideas, all the while giving useful form and structure to these ideas – assisting you birth these projects into physical reality. In this way, Baby Within crystals also have mid-wife capabilities!
How to Identify a Manifestation – Baby Within Crystal
In recent years, unscrupulous types started cutting and polishing crystals that had Bridge Crystals (smaller crystals that are half in, half out of the mother crystal). Because the outside half of the Bridge Crystal had been effectively cut off, the remainder of the Bridge inside the Mother crystal was deemed by these people to be a “Baby Within”. On an energy level they are not. There was an explosion of this practice, and it is still going on. Bridge Crystals are a lot more prolific than Manifestation – Baby Within crystals, so these people looking to make a fast dishonest dollar.
However – some Manifestation – Baby Within crystals have formed on the floor of a natural uncut Mother crystal. We here at Crystal Information totally consider this style to be a true Manifestation Baby Within Crystal. Additionally – on occasion baby within crystals can touch the side of the Mother crystal, but not completely break through. We also consider these true Manifestation Baby Within crystals. If said crystal is polished, all bets are off.

Hi Lisa, if the crystal is touching the side, it only means that it is impossible to know if the crystal was originally a manifestation baby within crystal, or a bridge in/out crystal. It does not mean it was manufactured as such 🙂
This baby seems to still be growing is that possible?
Yes, it can happen, it is very rare though. What a fantastic crystal you have there!
My second question is about a hole on one of the main faces on my quartz crystal. It goes deep and its hollow. The pattern is crazy! What type of crystal formation is this?

Hi Jacquelyn, yes the baby crystal needs to also be quartz for it to be a baby within manifestation crystal. The one in your photo looks to be exactly that. Well done of getting one!

Hi Tanya, because the crystal is cut and polished, one can never really know for sure if it is a bridge crystal, or a baby within. Sorry I can not give you a conclusive answer on this one.
Hello Anthony! I'm seeing many photos of smaller crystals within the crystals coming in from the sides. I have one where it looks like there's literally one crystal that grew a quarter of a centimeter over another. I'm wondering what your professional opinion on it is. Real? Or man-made? Rare? Hi Marie, this is definitely a natural crystal, likely from minas gerais, brail. This style of crystal is called a phantom.

Greetings! Given that the "mother" is quartz, I was wondering if the "baby within" had to be a quartz crystal or if it could be a different mineral. I've read this article (and others on this site), and the comments / questions / photos, and would like some clarification. In one of the attached photos, you can see the bottom has been broken, not cut, and the "inclusion" is growing dead center with a little cluster of crystals growing near it that don't poke out of the mother. In the other photo, you can see the "inclusion" has a scepter shape, and of the three clusters growing near it only the cluster furthest right pokes out of the mother. I'm wondering if this would qualify as a baby within, or if not, what configuration it would be? (Also having issues including more than one photo)

I recently had a psychic tell me that when I was merely a heartbeat in my mother's womb, someone that wanted my parents to separate had a spell cast on my mother. The smaller internal crystals in this case will almost certainly quartz themselves – nearly all manifestation quartz is this way, though it is still very mysterious as to how it actually happens! This is a great crystal, congratulations of acquiring it!

It looks as if several of those crystals may well be fully enclosed, hence a manifestation baby within cryustal. How ever, without the crystal in hand it is very hard to be 100% sure. Ask the seller?

Hi Dawn, the photo is a bit too small for my old eyes to see the baby inside the crystal that you mention. However I can tell you that the triangle is one of the most impressive record keeper triangles Ive seen on that style of crystal! Hi Ashley, ok, after watching the video, I would actually classify it is a baby within as many of the crystals appear to be totally enclosed by the mother. A very unique specimen to be sure!

That kind of crystal is exceedingly rare. I’ve been dealing in quartz for 30 years and barely ever seen it, maybe 3 times at most.

Hi Cheryl, pretty much where ever you can find one because true baby withins are that rare. For instance, there is no way a crystal shop can order them in. Many sell bridge crystals that are cut and polished, but are not true fully floating baby withins. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
Hello, I won this Smokey amethyst crystal sphere in an auction from ebay and when I got it I was pleasantly surprised to find a large phantom in it but now I’m wondering if it could be considered a baby within. It has all the sides of a crystal point and they are the shiny sides that would have been on the outside of the crystal but it didn’t quite form together all the way. It’s similar to the baby within crystal in the photo at the top of this page but the point didn’t finish forming so would it be considered a phantom because of that or a baby within?

i have a question about this type of crystal, a baby within crystal grown from the floor of mother crystal but the mother crystal is polished, it’s it still a manifestation crystal???
The most revealing photo that you send me is the one below. You can clearly see the bottoms of the crystal settled in their “matrix”. This shows that they were not simply bridge crystals that have been severed by the cutting and polishing of the crystal. They are still intact in their entirety within the mother crystal.

Hi Michelle,
That is a crystal where another one has grown up the side of it. They have then polished the main crystals sides and termination. The secondary crystal is still there, but polished over, making it look like a crystal is inside, but is not really.
Hello Anthony. Many years back I found a crystal in a "box of rocks" purchased at the flea market. I noticed there was a smaller one growing inside from the base, and threw it into the "cool rocks" box. 🙂 Now it has been a few years since I looked at it, but – can the inner crystal keep growing? It seems to have widened out, and gotten a bit taller. No, it is not me, as I remember it being very small and laughed about my crystal has a teeny baby inside. The base of the actual crystal was ground and I don't see any outline of the inner crystal in it. Very odd. Just thought I would ask if this is "common" of a baby within a crystal. Hi Elaine, what a fantastic experience you have had. While I have on very, very rare occasions seen crystals grow and change shape, I have never seen a baby within crystal do it. You have something very special there!
Hello. I have a crystal ball with an upwards three-dimensional triangle (triangle within triangle within triangle) and a downwards triangle inside the crystal ball. Both are rainbow colors and both change colors and sometimes shapes to a slight degree. The crystal ball also glows different colors, one day yellow, one day green, etc. Blue, purple, rainbow. Sometimes a circle appears inside around the inner circumference of the sphere. Could you please explain what you think this is? Thank you for your courtesy, K
Hi Kristen, I’ve not personally had experience with crystal balls changing color. Do you have any photos per chance? If so please send to anthony@crystal-information – especially of the triangles withing triangles, sounds like it might have had a key crystal within it before they cut the sphere.

Hi There, OK it is a bit hard to tell from the two photos. There is one crystal that looks like it may be just peeking out a little of the main crystal, thus not totally enclosed (Though I would still be fine with it being a manifestation crystal even if it is) – see photo below.
There could be others inside as well – I would email them and ask….
Hi – I was recently gifted a manifestation quartz pendant and after 3 months of me constantly wearing it, the baby crystal within has totally changed colour! It’s now a rusty kind of colour. I have been trying to find out what this could mean? Can anyone give me any pointers? I have pics of the before & after too – luckily I took one when I was given the pendant as I wanted to capture the baby points within.

I couldn't figure out how to add a picture here, so I have sent it to your email. It is a crystal that I found on eBay. It is cut and polished. On the bottom, you can clearly see a small crystal in the middle with a different orientation to the big one. Can it be just a phantom, or is that a real manifestation quartz? Can a crystal "turn" while it is growing?
I have ordered it anyway, because I really like it for some reason.

Hi Anthony! I won a quartz crystal and I'm having mixed responses whether it's a manifestation or bridge crystal. It definitely has phantoms in the top right, but the Botton left is what I'm querying. Light definitely reflects off the inner crystal and it looks solid, however when looking at the base it's visible. If you could left me know your thoughts I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I purchased 2 Pink Lemurian Seed Manifestation Crystals (Brazil) from a reptuble dealer at the Tuscon Gem show. Although from my research they appear to be genuine, one has a floor baby within and both have multiple floating individual baby crystals within. Both are a tabular shape, one with unusal multiple faceted sides. And they both also have the Isis face. The one with the unusual multiple faceted sides also had a Bridge Crystal attached that was polished. These were the only two at the show like this. I have not been able to find any information on the internet of others like them, so I thought maybe you might have some insight.
Is it possible to have a Bridge Crystal and a Manifestation Crystal together in one ?
Would they share the Metaphysical attributes of a Manifestation and a Bridge crystal together or something unique ?

I have seen a few. they are very special and absolutely combine both energies of Manifestation and bridge. Thank you for the speedy reply! I was able to count 4 individual babys in one of the crystals plus 2 bridge crystals. In the other Manifestation there is one individual floating crystal that has a DT baby on its back. Included is green chlorite in the bottom and 2 bridge crystals, veils, rainbows and the seed from the base. I am very grateful to have them, worth every bit.

Hi my name is nikki. I am brand new to this healing gift I supposedly have. I know I really like crystals and believe tbeir enwrgies are real, however I cant tell if theyre doing what theyre supposed to or what Im doing wrong. I know you all are very busy but I am at a loss with my alleged talent and I really dont have anyone to ask.. can you at least tell me the proper way to cleanse a crystal and charge. Also, why I was given two identical type crystals, same colr and all and why after afew months of sitting in my living room about 6 to 10 inches away from eachother only one turned into almost like a dark smokey quartz color,,the other remained the same yellowish white shade.

Hi Nikki, Thank you for your message. When I started out, I had very similar feelings to you. The first thing you need to know, is you definitely do have a connection with the crystals as you already like them! Crystals are very simple to work with. It is us humans who like to complicate things. Each crystal is unique, as is each human. So you will always share a unique experience. One of the first things to know is that the crystals are always going to do what they are going to do, with or without our input. They do not need us to activate them. That being said though, they definitely do interact and work with us. My best advice is to develop your intuition. That is your single best tool to interface with crystals. If it “feels” right, then it is right for both you and the crystal. Now what you may be doing may even go against what you read in books, or even on this site – however, it is most definitely the right way for you and the crystal – if it feels right. Try to go into things without to many expectations, as expectations can in fact become blocks to the experiences you may of had with that crystal!
If you are looking to develop your intuition, there are plenty of how to articles on the net. Do a search for them, skim read five or more of them, then go with the one or two that resonate with you most and start working away.
Most crystals can be cleansed in water, certainly the quartz based ones. However if you are unsure, go with smudging them with a herb like sage. Smudge sticks can be found online, or at health stores and the like. Smudging is lighting a smudge stick and blowing the smoke (or waving the smudge stick over) the crystals. This will cleanse them in a totally safe manner. As you develop your skills, you can cleanse crystals using conscious intent. Charging a crystal can be done a number of ways, like using the sun, or moon. As some crystals can fade, until you get more experience, you can simply charge crystals on a quartz crystal cluster, or an amethyst cluster.
There can be many reasons why a crystal may change color, and one changing to a black Smoky color does not necessarily mean a bad thing. To be certain, you can give the darker crystal, or even both of them a very “deep” cleanse cycle by burying them in the earth for a week or so – just make sure you can find that spot again, and be prepared to widen your search area as I have personally experienced crystals moving about underground!
