For what and How Does One Use it?

I have been very fortunate to find a lovely clear quartz piece with a silver star type rutile formation.
I've been searching for further information about metaphysical properties of this specific crystal type, but can't seem to find anything that talks about silver rutile star formation.
If you have any thoughts or could point me toward any resources I'd be most appreciative.
My sense is that it's a very uplifting and celebratory energy, with a lot of zest and gives a sense of unfolding possibilities and growth.

Yes, your intuition is spot on, and I would add it also has a focus on outwards expansion – of ideas, spiritual growth and so on. It also has strong manifestive abilities. I do not know of any extra resources I” can point you too sorry.
Metaphysically and spiritually speaking, does the amount of present rutile lines within a quartz make it less or more powerful for healing and energy work/meditation?
Some are heavily veined with 100's, where as others may only have 10-15 gorgeous lines. I'm sure this is an subjective opinion, but I felt you'd probably have some insight into this due to your own sensitivities.

Hi Marie, Pertaining to your first question, there are so many variances, it is a tough one to answer. Personally my most powerful piece is the sphere in the larger photos above. It has so many rutiles it would be more accurate to call it quartzerated rutile lol. Having said that, a clear piece with just a few strands could add extra focus, or a milky with rutile would add more nurturing. The permutations are literally limitless.
I very much like the piece you got from etsy – great score! The fact it still has some of the original mother rock inside would really add top the energy.
To my knowledge, I have not come across any fakes.
As to locations, Bahia Brazil is a hot spot, and there are other countries that have a fair amount of it too, African continent, USA, Australia. It appears in smaller deposits in many other countries too.

Would you say that the one I shared has some smoky in it? I couldn't tell. The seller didn't classify it as a smoky, but it looked it to me.
Is the one I bought a decent specimen of a rutilated quartz? Do you think it has a good amount of rutiles?

I feel it is a good specimen, and does have a reasonable amount and excellent quality of rutiles in it.

Talk about being zapped! I spent a much needed hour in the bath last night. After a manic Monday, I decided that a Shungite bath would help me unwind. Earlier in the day, I placed a Rutilated Quartz crystal inside my headwrap earlier that day and was happily reminded of its presence when it plopped into my bath water. I couldn't believe my skin….I literally felt the electrical charges of this tiny but mighty stone! Wow, I'm a fan…and to think it sat unnoticed on my window sill for years. Definitely one for my meditation room.
What are the Metaphysical properties of Green Rutilated Quartz ?
I'm having a lot of Difficulty finding any Clear information regarding this form of rutilated quartz.

In my experience, the green rutiles are not actually rutile, but rather green Actinolite. The properties of Actinolite can be found by clicking HERE.
Green Actinolite can form inside quartz in varying degrees of thickness from thin as a strand of hair to near thick as a match stick. We recently sold three Actinolite included specimens on our sister site Majestic Quartz that had been sold to us mis-labled as being green rutilated quartz. Please see image below.
